Return Policy

We guarantee all our products. You may return any item purchased from BodyBio for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Please print out and use our Return Form, available here online, and follow the directions below...

1. Print out and complete our Return Form and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.
2. Enclose a copy of the original Invoice & the completed BodyBio Return Form with your return.
3. Carefully package the product and ship to BodyBio within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Make a copy of your filled out BodyBio Return Form for your records.
5. All returns are subject to inspection to determine if credit applies.  You will receive a full refund or exchange for unopened items that have been returned within thirty (30) days of original delivery date.   A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any unopened items that are received after thirty (30) days from original delivery and any opened items.
6. BodyBio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
